The location was perfect for walking to key attractions and was very well served by the Metro and Buses. Staff couldn’t help enough and were all friendly, polite and welcoming 🤗 Room was small which we knew but it was ideal as we only slept there. It was well equipped with everything we needed (coffee machine, water, fridge, ample storage space) This is a warm and welcoming personal hotel. We will go back. Due to some medical treatment I am having I made a request to check in early which the staff arranged, this made all the difference for me.

Small intimate hotel. Wonderful helpful staff. Immaculately clean. Recently renovated. Safety features for entry to hotel and elevator and rooms. Some rooms have the view of Arc de Triomphe! Nice rooms, modern decor and bathrooms. Very very clean. Breakfast is fantastic. A variety of breakfast foods, buffet style in a cozy breakfast area. High qualit food - all fresh. Wonderful location, just 2 streets from l'Arc de Triomphe and the Paris Metro. Super residential neighborhood with restaurants, grocery and pharmacy stores in the immediate. Wonderful restaurant across the street L'Arc Cafe. Lots of stores and restaurants in the nearby area. Great to walk up toward the Arc and walk down Champs-Élysées or get on the Metro! We hope to be able to return. GREAT Neighborhood!!!

Good and comfortable stay and great, professional and helpful staff, these are the wonderful ones at the reception (Xue liao , Tacou and Loukiane + manager )and there are special ones in breakfast and cleaning the rooms. Although the hotel is 4 stars and a private hotel, its services and treatment are equivalent to 5 star hotels. The location is more than wonderful, very close to the Arc de Triomphe on Carnot Street and is characterized by tranquility Great breakfast . The hotel has two rooms connected by one external door, which are suitable for families. I was in one room and my two daughters were in another room. The rooms have a Nespresso coffee machine with capsules and water provided daily. Water is available for refilling in the basement. There is also a washing machine, clothes dryer and iron in the basement.

Lovely hotel, great location, really good value. Not sure why it's not reviewed above a 9 to be honest given what they offer for the price... It's both on the edge of Ternes (bit more residential) which can be a bit quieter/ great selection of restaurants nearby which is why I wanted something in this part of town but also in view of Arc de Triomphe and this hotel was absolutely perfect. - It's a couple of minutes walk to metro 1 and an RER stop - very handy for connections to the airport and a lot of the main tourist spots. - Looks like the classic style building on the outside - Clean and modern on the inside - great staff - will be using this again if I'm back in Paris/La defence

Fantastic 4 star hotel. The accessible room was great. (Although not suitable for people using powered wheelchairs really) The hotel is spotless throughout with all the facilities you'd expect (aoart from a bar). The staff are wonderful and super helpful. Just down the road from the Arc de Triomphe and a reasonable walk to the Eiffel Tower.

Absolutely fabulous hotel, located close to the Arc de Triomphe, metro station within metres and community location with restaurants, and boulangerie. We loved our stay here, nice and quiet yet within walking distance to Arc de Triomphe and Champs Élysées. The breakfast was amazing if you couldn’t find anything to your liking you should be run out of Paris. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

The location is excellent, very close to Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées and the metro station is 5 min walk. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful and the breakfast buffet is very good. The air-condition in the room is excellent and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

Overall, the best stay I had in Europe was definitely worth the money spent. The hotel upgraded me to the best-view rooms with a balcony that can see the Arc de Triomphe and a beautiful sunset. It is the perfect location, very close to the train station, bakery, restaurant, cafe, and supermarket. They even offered a complimentary refill of sparkling and still water. The hair dryer was very fancy, and the facilities in the room were great. Would come back again in future stays in Paris.
